The Workout

R.I.F.T.   Running Intervals Functional Training

P.H.I.I.T.   Plyometric High intensity Interval Training

This is an outdoor group workout that will challenge you on every level. 

Running Hills and stairs  will help build muscle and increase your cardio endurance.

Plyometric (jumping), core and upper body exercises, balance and body movements of all varieties will inspire you to work hard to meet your goals.

intervals of Running  allow us to catch our breath and re energize our muscles.
